Hi, I'm Jen. I started True Mark Co. to help Denver properties look sharp and feel safer to park in, and I read every request myself.

What we do

Clear markings help drivers park correctly, keep walkways and accessible spaces usable, and make a property look cared for. Here's what we handle.

Not sure what your lot needs? Send a photo and the address, and we'll tell you.
  1. 01

    Stall restriping

We repaint worn or faded stall lines so every space is easy to see. This is the most common job, and the simplest to quote.

  2. 02

    New or revised layouts

Changing the layout or starting on fresh asphalt? We measure, mark out and paint the stalls, directional arrows and stop bars.

  3. 03

    Accessible-space markings

We repaint accessible stalls, access aisles and symbols so they're clearly visible. Signs are a property decision, so we'll flag what we see on site.

  4. 04

    Fire lanes and curbs

We can paint red or yellow curbs and no-parking markings where your property or the city has already designated them. Send us the requirements.

  5. 05

    After asphalt work

If you're patching, sealing or repaving, we can stripe as soon as the surface is ready. We'll coordinate timing with your paving contractor.

How we begin

  1. Send us the address. A phone photo of the lot helps, but isn't required.
  2. We confirm the details. We count stalls, check what's already marked and ask about anything unusual, such as accessible spaces, curbs or timing.
  3. You get a clear quote. It lists the price per stall and any extras, so you can see what you're paying for.
  4. We schedule and paint. We work around your tenants and visitors where we can, then walk the lot with you when we're done.

For accessible spaces and fire lanes, we paint to the layout, requirements and authorization you give us. We don't inspect for compliance or certify it, so please confirm your property's requirements before we start.

Sending a request doesn't book work or lock in a price. We confirm details with you first.
